From your initial enquiry, throughout the booking process and organisation of your event, our highly experienced Sales Team are there to help with all aspects of event management.

When you walk into the Centre, our friendly staff are there to welcome you. Upon arrival, if you are attending an event, the event name and meeting room are displayed on our Welcome Screen within the reception area.

A Duty Manager is there to meet up with the event organiser to talk through event schedules, along with our efficient portering staff who ensure that rooms are set up as you require and equipment is always working efficiently.

The whole team are always at hand throughout the day to help with any changes or requests during your event.

Reception is the hub of the Centre, where we can organise taking messages, photocopying and fax facilities, as well as delivery of daily newspapers and alarm calls.

Our coffee service has a dedicated member of staff to make sure that coffee and a range of refreshments are available all day, usually in convenient break-out areas where you can relax and mix with colleagues before or between sessions.

The AbbeyCraig restaurant has flexible hours so it’s ready when you are.  It offers a fast, efficient conference lunch service so it does not interfere with the business part of the day. Once business is over, our waiting staff offer exemplary service to ensure that you can unwind and enjoy an evening of first-class dining, or a relaxing drink in the bar.
